Please note that, from 1st July 2011, we will no longer accept any repeat prescription requests via email. This is to ensure patient confidentiality and to reduce the risk of errors or omissions.
We have introduced a secure online repeat prescription request service which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This service also allows you to book a GP appointment online.
To access the service you will need to come to the surgery to register at Reception where you will be given a Personal Identification Number (PIN) which you can then use to set up your unique user account with your own secure password.
Please note that, for identification and confidentiality purposes, you will need to present in person at the surgery to obtain your PIN. If this is not possible for you to do, please telephone the surgery for advice on how to register for this service.
PLEASE NOTE that the email facility will still be available for complaints and general contacts but please be aware that this is not a secure facility as it uses public services.
The email service cannot be used to 'make appointments' or to 'request the results of any tests that you have recently had done.'
