| Friends and Family Feedback February 2024 |
As can been seen from the above – most of your feedback during February was very positive for which we thank you. We did receive some comments around waits for appointments, for which we apologise. As per January we have had some staff sickness/annual leave which has affected our capacity. We are reviewing our systems constantly to try and provide maximum capacity, however due to demand our appointments are booking up quickly.
